Easy ECG Mobile PRO is intended for professional registration of rest ECG with an electric cardio amplifier and cellular phone or tablet PC. Afterwards such ECG may either be delivered to a medical institution’s ECG Server in digital form to be interpreted by a physician using Easy ECG Rest Windows Software, or transferred to a pdf-server to generate a report about ECG research in pdf format and to resend it to a specified e-mail address, or stored in a mobile device’s data base.

1. The information we collect.

We do not collect any information about our users including e-mail addresses entered by them and patients’ data (their surnames, first and second names, sex, date of birth). The completeness of data to be entered is left at the disposal of healthcare personnel using the software: a surname, first name and second name may be changed by a pseudonym or a patient’s medical record or insurance policy number; such data are required for the ECG easy identification in the course of its subsequent reviews. Instead of the date of birth only age may be specified. We recommend to enter patient’s sex and age since they are deemed essential information and used both by the software to calculate an automatic conclusion for an electrocardiogram and by a physician.

We only use the device ID to enable features required by medical personnel to select the type of their ECG device.

2. Approvals to be granted to the software at the moment of installation.

Any and all granted rights shall be required to provide the software’s announced reliability and performance:

• Modify or delete the contents of SD card is the option to save ECGs not only in the mobile device’s internal storage but also in external memory (for example, SD Card).

• Record audio is connecting to the mobile device’s audio input ICRZ-1 digital amplifier for recording single-channel ECG. The software also uses audio track for voice input of patient’s data; such method may be used instead of typing each patient’s information when working “in assembly line”.

3. Transferring your information.

We do not provide your personal data to any persons not engaged by Atec Medica Soft, LLC.

4. Amendments to the Data Protection Guidelines.

Atec Medica Soft, LLC, may from time to time make amendments or updates to these Data Protection Guidelines this is why we hereby ask you to review it every now and then. In case you continue using the software after amendments making to the Data Protection Guidelines you shall be deemed to have agreed to such amendments
